Considering he is running rubber tires I dont think he will benifit from that foam setup. There are a couple of good setups on www.cyclonedepot.com my personal setup is on there it is for a low traction track that measures about 36x75 so it should get you close.

I appreciate that some peeps have already been posting their setups but I think they are for bigger tracks using foams?

Any help would be really appreciated.
I doubt that you will benefit from the stiffer BMI chassis, when running rubber. I could be wrong though.

I'm runnin the BMI lower chassis with the stock top plate on rubber carpet, the stock lower/upper chassis has a lot of mechanical grip built into you'll find as traction comes up you'll start pushing to much from the high grip level, I'll be runnin' the rubber class at snowbirds with the BMI/stock top plate combo

Sounds reasonable - I have yet to race my Cyclone at a really ultra high grip track. Though, I have allways considered the BMI (and simular) chassis' were made for foams, modified motors and highspeed tracks. We're lacking the latter here in Denmark.
