I appreciate that some peeps have already been posting their setups but I think they are for bigger tracks using foams?

Considering he is running rubber tires I dont think he will benifit from that foam setup. There are a couple of good setups on www.cyclonedepot.com my personal setup is on there it is for a low traction track that measures about 36x75 so it should get you close.
