Hi,

Im not too sure about the Yokomo springs really, but basically all you'll ever use for rubber carpet and asphalt is the HPI Pro 4 Spring set 75175.
This set contains a pair of all the springs in the Pro 4 section of that spring chart.
The other types of HPI springs are never used.

Default High Speed Steering advise required.

Hi all,

I run in touring modified outdoors on ashfelt. We have one very long straight that leads into a big sweeper so the cars are really flying by the time they get into that sweeper.
The catch is that the sweeper is designed such that it tightens upon itself the further you go around it so eventually you have gone around a complete 360 degrees then it immediately hooks back into a sweeper going in the other direction.
The issue I have is that for the fist half or so of the sweeper everything is good but after that because it is tightening more and more I run out of high speed steering.
So I want to know what the best adjustments are for gaining high speed steering in the mid to exit of the corner without sacrifising low speed steering too much.
And I want to know what order to try those adjustments in.
I am interested in what everyone has to say but I would be particularly interested in what Jason thinks. (He is the setup guru afterall )

what setup are you running bro?on fast, sweeping tracks i always wind up going to a softer spring/oil setup, longer camberlink, and i lay the shocks down a little more than usual.post your set up and we will see what we can figure out.
