I have been using Precision for 3 years....have had only one problem when it was a little late arriving....otherwise no problems at all.I find it cheaper that most US shops because of postage to Australia.....If you DO have a problem email James at Precision or ring him and he will fix it.As stated before...this type of forum is only a last resort if you have a problem....it can give a lot of negitive feedback that might not be warranted...so be fair ...not only to Precision but any shop..... use this forum as a last resort.

Guys I finally got my parts in today. I tried mounting these in my cyclone "S" and it doesn't seem to fit well. The shaft seems to be a little shorter than my "S" version. Also, does anyone have instructions or pictures of how this goes together? The standard cyclone uses the different shaft with the oneway pulley. I am getting alot of play left and right. I put in some spacers but it doesn't look lined up to me. PLEASE HELP.

Try centering the shaft in the bearings, and then adjust the pulleys.

My grub screws seem to rub the metal plate on the right side of the car unless I put a washer in between the bearing and the pulley on each side. But when I do that it feels like it might be binding. With that shaft and pulleys are you suppose to have spacers in between?

just to make it 2 for & 2 against Precision RC i'll weigh in that i've had perfect exeriences with them.

As it seems with all foreign (to the US) sellers its best to double check stock before ordering. When doing that i've never had a problem with ANY of the major oversees seller.

but seriously, post a thread if you want to discuss this

With the direct layshaft do you have to use spacers between the bearing and the pulley?
