I will most definitely have a setup for the car.

I'll post it, most likely, when I get back from Vegas. Since HB doesn't have an editable PDF like Xray does, I have to fill it out and scan it.

need some help dudes,
Ive been running my cyclone for a while now, in the beginers class, id like to move up to the next class wich happens to be 19t, im going to pick a new motor up tomorrow.
Obviously im gona have to make some changes, the kit oneways will probably have to go, its a small high grip track were we run on slicks with addative. i guess the spool would be the fav option for a small twisty track were im guessing lap times will be aroung 10 secs, so if i use a spool what changes need to be made from my oneway set up? and can any one point me in the direction of a good spool that doesnt wear out at an alarming rate.and were abouts should i start with gearing? my lhs has the C2, the orion V2 and the money motor so if you could recomend a starting ratio for each of these i would be very gratefull as i dont know wich one ill buy yet!
Thanks in advance

thanks in advance

C2 wouldnt be bad but a KD based 19t would be better. It gets a little warmer but they are dang fast. If you use a kit spool, make sure to keep it well greased. What hurt mine was a few hard hits that spread out the aliminum. As for setup, I would start with using only on shim under the bellcrank ballstuds. Im a using the kit toe blocks, 4 deg castor in the front, 40wt oil with kit pistons, ae silvers front and rear. I have my rear link inside on the hub and all the way inside on the bulkhead, and the front I have it two from the outside. I have about 1.5mm of shims under the toe blocks.

had the first run with the cyclone hara..

all i can say is fast, easy to drive and stable.

but i had a few probs to say the lest

rite first prob i bent a black front drive shaft (i dont no what it was as it was a od one in the car wen i got it) then i snaped a front purple drive shaft again i dont no what thta are but all other 2 are the purple ones... so could u tell me what ones to get??

i had a prob with the rear diff as in it keeps losining and it has got quite alot of play in the pully what do i do.

and the rear belt keeps turning over withch way do i turn the bearing holders to tighten the belt up?

Get the Ver.2 44mm Steel driveshafts for the front of the car and you shouldn't have any more problems.

Put a bit of thread lock onto the diff screw and nut and this should stop it loosening. All the diffs have play in the pulley, this is normal and doesn't affect the performance.

Couldn't tell you off hand which way to turn the bearing holders, just turn them one way and see what happens, if it makes the belt looser turn it the other way
