the set-up I've seen from Hara he's got 2.5 for front when running outdoors on asphalt. Recent ROAR nats he used 2.5 up front.
indoor carpet 0 or 1.5 blocks that I've seen for his Vegas set-ups.

I've tried 1.5 and 2 up front...I wasn't fast enough through the turns... I always end up with 2.5.

I have the 1.5 deg block up front and am struggling with cornering speed and also I have a lot of initial on-power steering, do you think the 2.5 deg block on the front could help this? BTW this is rubbers on carpet.

try Hara's set-up from the '05 Vegas... rubber on Carpet.
he used 1.5 in front and 3 on the rear.
I haven't fully raced on carpet..so I really don't know..
hope to do more carpet racing this year...

if you don't have Hara's set-up pm me your email and I'll send it to you..
the pdf file is fairly large... 10mb.
