Billy was the fastest all week long. and Hara only qualified 3rd.
a couple of mistakes took Billy out from dethroning Hara.


I looked at Hara's car...he's testing out a new spool. similar to TIR with the replacable cups. He said everything on the car was different..but it looked stock to me.

  1. Prototype rear shock tower. Looks similar to Shooters.
  2. Prototype front shock tower and spool
  3. Futaba S9550 low profile servo
  4. Twister 2.1 w/ Novak's??? circuit board cap & heavily wrapped Futaba reciever.

is that some sort of long grub screw in the top of the steering post as well instead of the usual screw?

good eye...yes it is...
he didn't say why... but I figure it's the similar concept taken from the Pro4 with the o-ring mod... without the o-ring...
preventing chassis tweak and adding lateral flex.

That front bumper brace looks new too. Not too sure what you mean by the prototype front shocks, all I can see is that they are mounted differently and the plastic shock tops look slightly different? Does anyone know why Hara isn't running a purple car?

Ahh, missed that, quite hard to spot on that front picture. I'm surprised HB didn't bring that style out with the Hara/Karn Editions.
