http://www.hotbodiesonline.net/cyclone_HE.html

Take a look here and all will be explained.

Basically it's new diff pullies, a spool in the kit, aluminium diff outdrives, new drive shafts, updated bulkheads, aluminium servo mounts, thicker shock towers etc.

Also worth mentioning the spool is a new design, it's a one pice vs the old 2 pice. Also it come with the oneway and fixed center pullies standard.

Does anyone knows if these parts will be available seperately or just in a kit, because I would like to have some of these parts in my cyclone.

Not really, I have no "inside knowledge", just the information that came to me in Mirage's newsletter which anyone can sign up to. However, it did say that the Hara/Karn ed's are expected mid April, so maybe we'll get the parts around the same time?

Depends on how you go about ordering it, but you can get away without being charged import tax. So yes, it would be cheaper, but so is basically everything in the US compared to the UK, so there's nothing new there.
