pro4 battery strap should fit..you have to drill and countersink the screw hole.

other than that its just about drilling.countersinking the wholes..... cant be to hard...

Im 90% sure the Xray FK05 batt strap fits the car without any effort. But you have to ask urself ''do i really want a 3rd world part on my car''

Ill let you decide!

Few questions about the Surikarn Version.

How thick is the chassis?
Does the rear diff work up front?
Do foams fit no problem like the Pro4?
So it comes with a rear diff, front oneway and a spool?

Outside of maybe Thad Garner.......are there any full FT HPI/Hotbodies drivers in the U.S? Or do they even have 50% guys?

RobK....another HNDS might be back!!

Thanks, Just let me know if you need any help geting it up and runnig. Really I would wait and get yourself a kan or hara edition with the new pullies. Thaks for the help with the motor I appreciate that.

Reggie Let me see what I can find.

Mine is has the purple center section with the aluminum outdrives, Very durable so far. Next race, we have the State series April 22 and 23 at Superior click on the FSEARA link for more info. If you come down Friday I can help you with the set up.

Hey jason maybe you can have some ready by the State race Ill deff want to check it out. Hurry My chassis is looking all beat up.

Car is running well I added the the Square right side middle block and it seams to have stiffen up the car some. I was also using the stiffner pice but didn't like it, it seemed like the car was more sensitive to tweek.

Also if you find your self with out part, namely Casted block and steering knucles the T2 parts are an aceptable repalcement. The steering knucles will fit on HPI caster blocks buth the HPI steering knucles will not fit with the T2 Caster blocks. This week end I ended up havign to use such parts because my LHS refuses to cary HPI parts, They will order them for me but will not stock them. Maybe If I can get more people to run the car they will be forced to.

NEXUS: That I know of... there is nothing, Thad is only sponsored because he works there. Foams should be no problem it's the same suspension, chassis is the same 2.5mm, as I understand it it only comes with the spool. Some guys have purchased them maybe they can shed some more light.

If anyone is looking for a Titanium Racing Spool I have one for sale. It is the Purple one with the aluminum outdrives. It is in excellent shape. I bought my car used and it came with it, but I only run rubber tires on carpet and will never use it. $30 shipped. Send me a PM if you are interested. I can get pics later today.
