Yeah, any idea as to when this car will be released? Im thinking it will be about the time that Im ready to move out of novice racing. Id like to go higher end than my basic TC3 racer at some point and this is one of the cars Im taking a good look at....

I heard the Cyclone will be released at the end of may in Japan. But I think there is nothing official until now.

All i have to say hotbodies is smart in releasing it in the states late. Look how much anticipation there is for this car. The cyclone seems to be driving some hpi fans nuts like me

quick pro4 question, is it ok to put the pinion on the round side of the armature? If i use the flat side the pinoin doesn't go back far enough to center with the spur gear.

Hmm I donīt know if there is anyone here doing anodizing. But I think you have to remove the old anodizing first but I donīt know how this is done.

I remember that car. That thing was awesome

not to be a pest or anything but what about this pro 4 suspension thing? Is HB going to redesign it with their own parts like most companies do with prototypes or are they really going to use all the pro 4 arms, hubs, knuckles, etc? I wouldnt even be asking this question if I hadn't seen the CG drawings of the Cyclone that show it with the HPI suspension.

I think they may keep the Pro4 suspension...since it's a competions proven design the works...

I hope they do...just less parts haul around...
