Well today I finished making my own custom fan mount and bulkhead brace that I seen in alum. I made a graphite one today. Very easy mod and cost basically nothing but time as I had an old graphite chassis from another car that is junk. The fan mount is pretty much like the COol Can version but made from Lexan plastic that I can just lift up and solder my motor in so it works great and to me is better than graphite because I would have to undo it ever time to solder my motor in so now I don't have to. I will get some pics tonight.

Another good weekend of racing, only finished one out of three qualifiers, but got 1st in the B-main.
Here's my setup, only still waiting for my ball diff to arrive.

1.4mm stabilizer
Rear
Diff
Camber: 2 degrees
Toe: 1.5 in
Droop: 5mm
Ride Height: 4.3mm
Shock tower upper hole 3
Shock arm hole 3 (inside)
28lbs spring
Camber link position 4, 2mm spacer under
Camber link position on rear hub 2 (outside)
0.6mm spacer under RF block, 0.5mm spacer under RR block (0.2 degrees)
Tires
Jaco Dbl Pink/Orange front (paragon on inside)
Jaco Dbl Pink rear
Misc
Ackerman: 4.0mm

F Sus.arm spacer rear 2.0mm
R Sus.arm spacer front 2.0mm

Thanks. Pretty easy to make from Lexan plus like I said alot easier to get the motor soldered in and out since I can lift it up out of my way.

Thanks. I had the double fans from use on another car so I thought I would reuse them with a new mount. Just couldn't justify 50 bucks for the graphite setup with fans. Mainly because of having the fans. The lexan setup was a bonus the first time I soldered in the my first motor.

Default Update?

I am looking to grab a cyclone but have a few ?

Has there been updates to the car, or an updated kit? (not the hara, just standard)
If so what parts have been upgraded or changed?

It seems alot of on-line shops have been out of stock for awhile, (in military over-seas, no local shop.)
so if the kit has been updated will the next batch that gets to the shops be the one? Any-one know when?

Parts suppy looks to be alittle thin, any good shops that have an good selection of parts?

Just don't want to fork over $400 to see an updated kit out next week.

Thanks

No update as yet. Last I heard straight from the top was only Hara/Karn version will be out on May/April.. Online shops like Speedtech, Rcmodel & Precisionrc has parts galore if your after.

Try to get the front steel CVDs and the top deck brace to strengthen the car.

Other than that, everything is stock out of the box.

Hara said that there is a Hara and Surikarn Edition Cyclone. Out at the end of april(he is not sure though because he said that he did not work on this project).

MUCH MORE Racing is also here. Lots of MMR goodies!

Kyosho is here with thier new ride-lots of red bling. Looks really nice. TEAM MMR are all here practicing.

Race: Thailand International Touring car Championship 2006 February 16-18.
Where can I see these parts???
