my shock leaked a slight bit around where the plastic eyelet comes through the cap.it turned out that i had a slight bit too much oil in the shock.you need to make sure that you put the bladder in seperately.make sure when you lay the bladder in the shock that it is properly seated and does not push up.if it pushes up, lightlypush it down around the top edge and you should see some oil leak out.let the bladder displace the oil.once it sits flat then you can install the cap.leaking should be gone.

protc3 did you use 2 bearings in the diff like many did or build the cars diff in the stock configuration? Can't wait to hear your report after this weekends race.

Teach how did you build your diff?

i just put the 2nd bearing in the diff.it seems to be a little more free.thanks for the heads up zombies.

i cant wait until this weekend.1st outing with the cyclone in mod.i just finished strapping in my checkpoint 7x1.i just realized that you need to change to a bigger spur to run mod.i went with a 104 tooth RW and i am ready to go again.i went with haras asphalt setup from the nats.i got a good feeling about this.the car had so much steering in 19 turn.i hope it has that steering in mod.if so i think im gonna do real well.we got some serious competition down here in mod so i dont want to get too optimistic.

max spur you can install is 108T that you may want to try.

Hi

You should put one or more washers 10x12x0.2mm above the 73510-2 (i don't know the name, check in the manual).
This will push down the bladder little bit more, and avoid the leak.

Damn Teach, running a Cyclone now?! Have you tried doubling up the shock tower? would probably take care of the flex issue...
