Has anyone used the graphite side body peices from Shooters? I just ordered a set and wondering if it would be better to use or just stay withe mounts on the shock towers.

You might have installed it incorrectly, HB made a mistake in the manual. Just pull out the spur gear/pulleys assembley and spin it 180 degrees.

It's simple design. Hope you like it.

Yes the car does come with a 1way centre pulley. If you pull the front belt forwards the rest of the layshaft should stay still like you described.

Technically it would work fine, as the center one way will function perfectly. However from a tuning standpoint, no, it doesn't make much sense. The center one way doesn't give you any brakes up front, which is one of the main advantages of a spool.

As dontfeelcold said, the manual was incorrect from HB. You need to spin the center diff 180, which puts the carbon plate on your spur gear on the motor side.

Jason, I took a little closer inspection and some scres don't exactly sit flush with the chassis. Im going to start there. Can you tell me what degree countersink bit works good for a standat FH 3mm screw.

BTW. anything coming from you for the Cyclone? I be willing to lend you my car for prototyping
