Has anybody had a problem with there front knuckles fitting tight in the c-hubs??? It seems to bind the steering....should I sand them down???

First make sure that you have not over tightened the ball stud and screw which go into the knuckle. If not, then just take a bit of the material off the steering knuckle.

1390g is with body and rubber tyres, and a PT. However my scales aren't that accurate so it could be a little bit out.

Im pretty sure it wont, the pulleys on the bd are 40t and 20t so a fair ammount bigger.

ok how about the belt from 415 ? would the front belt fit ? just wondering cause the local LHS don't carry parts for FK05 ..

Hi ,

Someone has tried the aftermarket "upper bulkhead"(Shooters or Jet Racing) for Cyclone?
They have the same problem of standard one?

you must have gotten the old c-hubs, file the chubs. if you file the knuckle it will be sloppy in the updated c-hubs.
