I noticed that the Center pulley is a little bit wobbley, is this normal? As there's a .5mm gap on each side, do I need to spread out the pulley so the gap will be in the middle or just leave it alone ?
another thing.. I notice the diff pulley for the from is diffrents from the back ones.. does it means if you accidentally switched the diff pulley you will get get an underdrive or overdrive effects ? lastly.. do anyone have a setup for a bumpy asphalt rubber tires ?

thanks in advance..
Hi EvilDriver!

With any kind of locktite the set screw will not back out again.Don't try to use green locktite, you will harm the set screw when you try to take it off.
I haven't faced that problem,and I didn't use very strong locktite.

You can use shims between the center pulleys and the bearings on each side, but allow the axle to have a little play.

It is impossible to switch the diff pulleys, because the difference is the hole in the middle.

For a bumpy track, just add some kick-up to the front, and a little softer shock oil,and you will be fine.

Just got word today from RCS, Thailand(where Surikarn practice). There is going to be two versions. One will come in all purple. Something like a HARA Limited Edition and the other in blue trim. You know, SURIKARN color. I think my next one will be blue!

Due out sometime in January.

I think I figured out the difference between the two HD driveshaft Part #s, I bought some Rears because the fronts weren’t available. Well I have been using a diff and there was no problem, yesterday I go to put in the one way and SOB the ball end won't fit into the one-way cup. I tried the aluminum ones and they effectively have a smaller end on them. I'm waiting on some fronts to confirm.

Thanks for the heads up. Lucky I order both front and rears. Hopefully I get them before Friday. By the way, Champ sells a pair for 1057 YEN
