Most likely it is the shocks.
Cool thanks. I have taken my shocks off and the shocks on one side are a little taller than the other. About 1-2mm or so. Can't I just unscrew the bottom thing a little to make them even or do I need to rebuild them? They are basically brand new and I don't want to rebuild them if I don't have to. Thanks again...

I suggest you to set the shock length (from top to the bottom) at 64.0mm. This would be the best default length for all four shocks.

Thanks,

Yes. you want to turn the threaded eye on the shaft end to the length Mr. Hiro-san recommended.

Quick question please.

Does anyone know the part number for those chassis stiffening spacers used on the TC?

They are the ones that attach right at the ends of the "Y" upper chassis brace.

I'm going to be ordering up the LiPo conversion and fancy experimenting with adjusting the stiffness of the chassis.

my mind has changed once again thinking of getting the cyclone S i am not really looking to race but just to drive around the local on-road track with some buddies...is there anything I should consider beefing up on this car or will it be fine stock?

also with stock spur and 27T or 19T motor what should my gearing be? I will eventually go BL but for now I already have a nice esc just waiting to be used and all I have to do is get a motor

any help would be greatly appreciated

Thats a personal choice. The solid mid deck is thicker, but its the only mid deck that has the "wings" for mounting the ATC posts

The car is great stock. If i were to replace anything, it would be the dogbones to CVD's and replace the diffs to the Prodiff in the rear and Spool in front. The car is pretty much solid from there.
As far as gearing, not sure what comes with the car..it's been so long. For 27T motor like the Gm3 and Blue can, gear about a 7.0. With the 19T motor, we geared ours between 5.5 and 6.0. Those 19T can handle the taller gearing.

Hope this answers your questions. Welcome to EP racing.
