Yeah,I may just build my Pro4 up to be the RCGT car and leave the Cyclone alone.

Robinson Racing. You can only use 2 screws to hold the spur though.

Anyone have experience with run a rear spool, front diff and a center one-way? I mainly use my cyclone for drifting, and I used to have this set up on my Yokomo SD, the center one-way gives the car the "e-brake" effect to initiate or prolong drifts and keeping the front diff helps with on power turning. Just wondering if it works with the cyclone (I figure it will), since my spool will be here soon and haven't tried it yet.

This will work for drifting, not for Onroad racing.I had the same setup on my ta05,and I imagine it would work equally as well if not a little better with the cyclone.

Still have it.It was Jimmy J's car from TCS Nats a couple years back. Maybe that should be my RCGT car.

Spool for rubber tires. Asphalt or carpet. Just set it and forget it.

If you decide to go with a spool. The HB Ver. 3 spool is the best spool out there for the Cyclone. It's very durable. And it's much lighter than the newer TC Spool/One-way combo.

You mean the ball cups? If they seem tight you can use a lighter to heat the ball cups then pop them on the arms. This will stretch the ball cups out slightly allowing them to move more freely on the arm mounts.

For some reason I remember seeing a pic that he was running a Nosram. The pic wasnt close up enough to tell if he was running the new Nosram that they ran at worlds, or just the normal one.
