AND SO IT BEGINS. The list of the worlds top drivers planning on attending the IIC! Our first 2 are no strangers to the top of any list. It is none other that the past 2 World Champions. Surikarn Chaidejsuriya and Atsushi Hara. This will be a who's who in the world of RC going wheel to wheel to see who will be the best. We will be starting a list of drivers who are planning on attending on our website www.intchamps.com and once entries are open, we will have a detailed list of entrants.

GOOP:Kraig was right on the money, hand out stock and 19turns.

JEFFBROWN: Glad you are going to join us. We are going to have some fun. Say hi to your dad for me.

BIGDOGXXS: We will not have access to the Ballroom on Tuesday, Pits will be open to set up your equipment on Wed. As for batteries. Stand by, we will have full rules posted in the comming month, besides they may have 5000 mah out by then. :-)

LICKRIM: ALL IN! Knowing Charlie, he wont race, just run a poker tourny out of his room in between rounds. He is always the first guy out anyways. CYA in Sept.

Thanks for keeping the chat going. I continue to work on this event every day and as soon as I have some more info I will let you guys know. As always, any questions, ask away. Thanks guys.

Scotty, Jilles Groskamp is fully intending to go too! I told him to book his hotel room asap. Mine is booked already and right now I am probably looking to run in 19t rubber and modified foam classes (but this may change ).

The next question will be, what class are they going to run foam or rubber modified?

You are going to see one heck of a race. This should be the one of the largest gatherings of international drivers ever. I will keep you updated on the other pro drivers planning on attending.

I was just wondering will there be room for spectators. I can not race this event although I would love to, but I might be able to make it out for Saturday racing and was curious if I will be able to watch.
Thanks,
Stephen <><

Exclamation Reservations online!

Stottie,
Can't make reservations online because the group code # doesn't work! Can you look into this! I'd rather do it online!

Shookie....from the pictures of the ball room there should be plenty of room for spectators to come out and watch. I know there will be pit passes for racers ONLY to enter the pit area. So I dont think you will be allowed in the pit area but Im sure that you will be able to watch the racing action. It would be foolish to have a race of this size and not let anyone watch it.

Come on we all know that the hardest thing to do is call pot in acie/ducie or between the sheets what ever you want to call it when there are big bucks on the line and you post to match pot and costs you 2x as much.

So Charlie what's the entry fee for the holdem?

I don't know what those guys are talking about..... I don't even play poker.....

They have to sort out what Classes and how many classes each can run. Scotty's been juggling a lot of request from different concerned parties. All of if effects the form I suppose. Besides, race isn't until Sept.
