Does anybody know (for sure)if they were C1 arms, I was there and I don't know. I did ask a tech guy if they were twisted and he said no.

And on to more pleasant things...how about Jim Hermann being TQ in stock, with a stock TC3. Now that is cool!

AdrianM, I am well aware of the benefits of hemi winding.....the point I was making is that they could of just ran a c2 hemi wound arm....100% legal and the same benefit. The c1 has no comm lock, which does make it tweakable. I would hope the tech guys are able to spot an obivious cheat. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to measure the comm slots to see if the yare you are more than 2 degrees advance (allowed as a tolerance under the rules).
I am not kissing up to anyone.....I simply state a possibility to why they chose to run it. If the c1 arm was faster, they would just added a comm lock and released it in the c2 can....I've messed with plenty of them....the only way that thing is faster than a c2 hemi wound is if you tweak the comm....the power output on the dyno of either arm is about the same, just more RPM for the c1, more torque for the c2.....mainly due to less weight from the comm lock, the arm itself is the same laminations and stuff...
Good to see people from down in florida resulting in name calling as usual, seems to be the only way some can communicate.
And I will 100% stand by alex and bobby......if it would of just been a c2 hemi, they would still be running.....and wiring it up backwards....and be 100% legal.....
And as an OEM purchaser from Trinity......I can tell you without a doubt, they are out of stuff ALL the time.....so it would not suprise me one bit.
And Chad is a personal friend....known him for 15 years....and I am hardly going to get in a bash fest before I know the facts, hence why I just posted possibilities. Bobby and Alex are both great guys as well....
