I must say this was a great race to watch, listen and chat about. I Personally didnt race in it this year but i should be down for next year to race not just watch.

Great job Scotty!

Thanks for the FT-TC4, I was the guy that won the last one you gave away in the raffle! Nothing like going to watch a race and winning a $350 car for $10!!!!

Just got back!

GREAT RACE! It really raises the bar as to what a race can be like...

If you have to choose next year between Cleveland and the IIC, choose the IIC.

Scotty and everyone else on the IIC Crew (Including Charlie): You all did a fantastic job of keeping everything running smoothly and on time... everything was top notch and I can't wait for next year

I have a good starting setup now

Scotty, Boomer and crew, you put on one hell of a race and was really impressed for my first time at a major event such as this. I had a lot to learn about setup and learning to drive on carpet, I still had a great time. Yes I did not get a trophy to take home with me, I'm still happy to just have finished my mains!!!

Boomer, I was looking for you when I got back to the hotel from dinner but did not see you anywhere. I guess I will owe you that drink next year!!

Again, thanks to Scotty and all the IIC crew for putting this event on!!!

I have a few questions about the equipment used at the race, if anyone that was there cares to answer them. One of them pertains to my previous post.

1) Were the Spektrum DSM systems popular? What is the verdict on them? I have read of some people still noticing a response time issue with the updated units. I have yet to use mine after receiving it back from Spektrum.

2) What motors and batteries were popular in the modified class? Based on Danny from SMC's posts, the IBs had a slight edge over the GPs, but the GPs won. Motors?

3) Did Protoform's G6 show up in any of the races, or was the Parma Alfa still used 100%?

4) How do the new Jaco 2-stage foams compare to the older design, and to Parma foams?

Thanks,
Josh
