Default help needed with lrp x20

hi all,i have an lrp x20 13.5t and i took it apart a while ago and im thinking ive missed something out as it has about 3mm of float in the rotor,i picked up a 17.5t today and this has no float at all,my car keeps cutting out on slower left turns and puts the orion r10 pro esc into safe mode(no timing, same effect as pulling out the sensor cable)) i have the overheat disabled so im assuming its the sensor board not getting a good reading due to the float, left turns pushes the rotor away from the sensor
if i switch it off and on again its fine until i reach that same slow left turn
is there a breakdown diagram about so i can see if i have missed something out ?

thanks in advance

The rotor should have, from the pinion end, in this order

rubber o ring
thick white plastic washer
thin white plastic washer on the other (sensor) end of the rotor

This is the one most people lose inside the motor when they take it apart

Yep, the rotor needs to be close to the sensor to get a good read.
