Then, I am getting the integy discharge trays by the end of this week. I will put the cells on in the morning and then finish them up on the ics.......I hope to get some good mah's in....

If you are charging with an old Millinium, you must be charging in the NiCd linear profile. You can adjust the delta peak down if your packs are getting too hot. I have had good luck and duribility charging at 5a with 48 dp. They come off warm take 4200-4300 after comming off the tray...
