Any preference on ceramic bearings for tc3. Will they make much of a difference from the factory team kit ones. If so what brands are recomended? All help welcome thanks.

ACER & Boca are both top brands that give you the rating and have been around for some time. I think Surge also sell some.
Look around.

Default Acer

What kind of maintenance do the Acer bearings require?

Most ceramic bearings require little to no maintenance. They wear very slowly even dry, and when they do wear (most will go through a breaking-in period), they self-lubricate.

The only maintenance I'd think necessary is to make sure the bearings open to outside dust and debris aren't getting any grit in them.
