which would you go with?

i have some extra cash and i need to get my r/c fix going! i havent been able to properly use my tc3 i like 4 months cause up here in connecticut the minute it snows the dump salt and sand on everything making it impossible to get traction and impossible to use your car without have to strip it after a run for cleaning! so i figured i would buy something for the off-season, should i get a mr-02 because i can upgrade it and run it indoors on snow days and stuff like that, or the new rc18t i can only use it weather permiting but i figure with its ride height and the knobby tires traction and sand/salt shouldent be a issue????

Race 1/12th if you're able to in the winter. Honestly, since switching from TCs to 1/12th, I've been having more fun in this hobby than I had in years. :D

If they had a carpet track he could run 12th scale on then chances are he wouldn't have to worry about the salt on his touring car either.....

given your two options...I'd say the RC18T...although the novelty does wearoff the mini trucks quickly...

RC18T with a Mamba 8000.... The novelty should last a long time.... Especially when you are kicking TC's butts with it....

A mamba brushless.... It'll propell the little sucker to around 50mph plus!!! You need to use 14ga wire and good connectors with the Mamba though... I have the 6800 in my Kyosho HOR motorcycle....
