What you said earlier is absolutely true!! I have cycled hundreds of individual cells and assembled battery packs. During the discharge phase of the cycles I digitally record the voltage every 5 seconds. The voltage data is collected and uploaded to EXCEL for graphing and analyzing. The cell/battery with the highest average discharge voltage is not always the best, especially when taking into consideration noticeable differences in discharge time. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HAVE GOT TO TRY POWER PUSH VOLTAGE IS READ EVERY TEN SECONDS ON A REAL BATTERY MATCHER NOT MASSED PRODUCED MACHINE THAT HAS A STATED TOLLERENCE OF 8 PERCENT!
