Two options I see for this;
a) LED wired to car power supply
b) Small button battery module that is part of the wing, with small push button switch.

Anything off the shelf?
Anybody made their own that they want to share?

The shaft stops in the cap and can go no further, this should provide more than enough range as the chassis will drag before the shock travel is used up

Here is a setup from a recent UF1 race on a very rough concrete surface

Thanks
What was your chassis sag/rear droop, is the 15k diff oil?

sag, pod & droop based on damper length of 68mm race ready
15k silicon, or Tamiya Hard damper lube

What exactly does tightening or loosening the pitch spring do for the chassis does it control the bumpiness of the track or does it play another significant role ad well

Is there a trick to getting the TRF damper setup correctly on the V2? It seems like there is clearance issues using the damper with the cap toward the front. Any advice would be great.

How are people routing the servo wire when the reciever is mounted inline infront of the pod? I've been trying to figure out the cleanest way to do it, but I'm out of ideas.

Thanks!

I tried that and it seemed like I was getting an excessive amount of droop in the pod when the suspension was unloaded. Are you using spacers inside the shock to limit this?

Yes
A few orings under the piston, then fine tune adjustment on shock end

I plan on it. This cars first run is going to be next Thursday at the Tamiya track. I'm bringing out my Pro and my V2, so even if I can't get the V2 figured out I'll still have a car that I know how to tune well.

You definitely wont have any tuning problems with the V2. From all accounts (and my experience also) it seems to run great out of the box. The one thing you will have a problem with is the links breaking. Just don't crash.. or touch ANYTHING !!! Its a great car when it's running though, absolutely awesome.

Anyone know if parts will ever be available for this car? Obviously loooking for chassis parts as the rest in RM01 or F104. Looking for all the carbon parts that come in the kit (chassis, rear pod plate, the thing the side springs bolt into, and the top deck.
