Default Track on northern beaches

Good day all
Is there a nitro on road track or electric on road track near the northern beaches.
Thanks

Oh really that is not good. So off road will be a better option then. Because Dewey is close to st Ives and its a public circuit so I can get lots of practise in. What would be a good setup to go for.
4x4 or 2x4
Mod or std
Buggy or truck
Radio choice
These are all things I need help with
Thanks

I raced formula ford in south Africa and was a champ with the real stuff but this is all new to me I would love to do on road but just dont want to have to travel far to be able to do it. I also think the numbers are bigger on the off road side if I try and get the info hobby shops tell me.
But ya I am a little lost at the moment

I take it you mean the northern Beaches of Sydney Aus. As this is the International side of this website. You will have more luck in the Aus part http://www.rctech.net/forum/australian-racing-29/

There are a few on road tracks in Sydney Castle Hill which are electric they run most friday nights at the showground. SMA they run most Tuesday nights at Tempe and for nitro on road there is moorebank ( can not remember their race weekends).
