Hi bro's

i have buy Tamiya TA 05 Ver II to enter the RC world. and i made it fix and had Fun. now i like to do drfit racing.

my question is my this Tamiya TA 05 ver II is ok for drift? do in need to do some modification ?

do i need to buy new chassis?

my this Tamiya TA 05 ver II run 4WD , for drift? wish one best Front or rear wheel drive,.

pelase explain im really new to this.

Yes, your TA-05 can be used for drifting.

Just put a set of drift tyres on to get started. I found HPI's brief introduction to be one of the easiest to understand - http://www.hpieurope.com/walk.php?lang=en&id=19

There are a few more tweaks that some drifters like to do to the drivetrain and the suspension, and for some of the more EXTREME tweaks you would need a drift-specific car. But you can have plenty of fun with your TA-05.

4wd is the best platform for RC drifting.
