Hello,

I'm about to buy the Schumacher supastox just a question though. Does anyone drive this car on a outdoor circuit? I would like to drive both indoor and outdoor with this car.

Thanks!

Its a big carpet class in the UK and we're going to run it locally indoor. But, it should work outdoors too. It is very much like a traditional 12th scale car, just sturdier.

I would add that it would be much easier to protect this chassis than a traditional pancar pod as the chassis goes front to back.

Mad thrash including outside the box ESC mount, using my WGT motor, swapping in an advanced trade servo because mine didn't make it and mounting a wing on an unpainted body. I put a blinky setting on the controller, set ride height and turned some laps. FUN!

Thumbs up

Now I'm glad the kit doesn't come with a body. Definitely going after this body right away when I pick up a kit.

Just remember some of the Kamtec bodies are 1mm lexan. A little heavier, but should be pretty durable. The Ferrari looks nice painted up.

It is red. Diff is on the way for the second chassis. Servo made it to my office along with some spare tires. I made a little mistake I'm going to have to live with - 2 pair of standard front wheels. Standard means NO BEARING recesses in the wheel. I could return them, but it's only 2 sets of fronts and it would cost more to return them that it's worth.

OK

The PROTOform body just came in...

Has to be twice as thick as the Kamtec body. I think I could stand on this shell. Might be too thick if anything.
