Isn't there a rule that states that a Kit needs to be available retail for stock and sportsman classes? (I thought I heard this referred to a while back)

I'm sure that customs will be handled properly this time....

Believe me, I'm sure neither RCAmerica nor Xray were happy about what happened with the first shipment....Textiles didn't have the right paperwork and forced the entire shipment to be quarantined and individually inspected.

My understanding is that even after all was said and done, the offending textiles (shirts, pit towels, etc) were destroyed...so they suffered a loss of sales, a loss if image, and a loss of product....

Everyone keeps bringing this issue back up...

it was a problem on the FIRST shipment....RCAmerica has been receiving shipments from Xray on an ongoing basis....quit beating that poor old horse..it's already DEAD...

Windsorguy......yes the customs issue was with the first shipment but supply of kits and some parts is still not what it needs to be. I dont blam RC America one bit. I dont have issues because I bought a second kit and a few spare pieces so I was never in need. I did however have to loan out many parts. I love Xray but its most likely their problem. Look at the history.....Serpent USA ...issues......Horizon....issues.....RC America....issues. There is one common thread....XRAY supplied to the above 3 so if you do the math, it has to be problems on their end.

It will be very interesting to see how long this takes. FK kits are not in stock anywhere.....can't beleive that they would not sell kits for 2 months. Especially with the success of the RDX and the possibility of the Losi being good.
