Voltage Stabilizers

Does anyone know a website that carries these, and if they are worth buying? What can you gain by using them, if anything?

go to a electronics supply store. yokomo sells them 2 for $9.95(not sure) and i found them at the electronics store $1.95 apiece. tell them you want the noise suppresor that clips on the cable. like the one on the computer monitor cable.
