Post Custom 1/12 racer

I started this build of an old alfa romeo racer recently. Tell me what you think...

Most of it is brass tubes and rods. Without wheels it's 184.4g (6.5oz) it might be too heavy compared to its size.

I will add electronics and make it rear wheel drive. I hope the solderings will hold... Thanks for the compliments!

Added the motor+esc. I'm thinking about making a custom differential, what do you guys think?

uhhh. i think your motors too big lol. where the battery gonna fit? you should be able to get a tc3/4 differential to work np in there.

The battery will fit in the back above the differential. I like that the motor is a bit oversized might have to change it from an 8T brushless to something with a bit more torque. I'll check out the differential.

Why not put a smaller motor in back (easier to hook up to the rear end, perhaps a 380 size), ESC up front so the radiator opening can cool it and the batteries under the hood area?
It's great to see someone custom build a car from the ground up. Good luck and have fun!
