Probably nothing, just might not be as smooth.

Ive heard of a good motor oil to use. Its called Marvel Mystery Oil. Its the oil, not the additive. I hope this helps. You want oil as thin as possible so it wont cause more friction. If you use oil you gonna have to clean them and re lube them more often. Cause the oil comes out faster than grease.

if you dont lube ur bearings they will heat up and will not last as long, a good oil is trinity royal oil

I had already cleaned the greace out of my bearings and used motor bearing oil in them but there dry now

put oil back in them. Oil makes your car freer. Every once and a while check the grease in the diffs and clean the entire diff, fron and rear. and check for any messed up bearings.

You need oil in there to help keep the parts cool and the oil helps move the contaments away from the moving parts. A oil free bearing will be free due to less drag but will not last long. Do not use Motor oil, it has additives in it that aren't really suited for use in a ball bearing.
After run oil is generally the same as Marvel Mystery Oil. I use Marvel air tool oil because it has been formulated with better anti-scuffing properties (helps bearings last longer) and is thinner.
