A new program update is available. Decided to do a series of smaller updates rather than one large one.

Also created two new chassis models AE TC4 and Mugen MBX6. Up next is AE RC8.2E.

Series of Generic Motor Models from 3.5T to 21.5T, and two silver can models have also been added to the website.

Added models for AE RC8.2e and Yokomo Bmax4 (donated by a generous user) to the website.

Up next is Mugen MBX-6T Nitro Truggie. :-)

If anyone has that giving feeling and would like to contribute a model let me know. Tis the Season.

so I want to get my TLR 22 buggy into the program. is there a way to get Kick/caster into the software? I assume it will make a big difference.

Thanks!

At this point steering settings like ackerman, Kickup and castor are not modelled. Something for a future version. Weight transfer is the big focus along with suspension dynamics.

To model your TLR22 buggy use the average height of the inner hinge pin pivot for the Y1 dimension. I place the chassis on a flat surface, measure the high point and the low point, take the average of those two measurements and then subtract 1/2 of the hinge pin diameter.

Any change of an update coming out for pan cars? It would be cool to see what a 1/12 car does in a corner.

That's one of the things I want to look into in the future. It's a ways out yet though.

I think anti-squat, anti-dive, Pro-squat , etc, are really more a matter of feel . Including them in the program will be tough , and I think an explanation of what they allow you to do in terms of feel is really what's important...

Thanks for the good wishes bertrands. Right back at ya.

I agree with your comment on pro/anti dive & squat. It is a subtle adjustment that most of us would have difficulty noticing. Also not the easiest adjustment to make. It could be included in the current 2D program but would be best handled with a 3D model.

For now I'm sticking to the upgrade plan I posted earlier. Then see where to go from there.

happy holidays Bob i am curious if there is the possiblity of making the Laxle to be adjustable as most 1/8 onroad do have the option for running eccentrics at this position

Thanks Azeroth.

To add optional Laxle and Lking lengths would require changes to the database. For now the best method is to create two models one for each position. Drawback is It doesn't allow you to do direct comparisons. I'm sure this would be a track dependent handling change for a truck/buggy not a fine tuning adjustment. That's the best I can offer for now.

I plan to look at modifying the database to add some new variables as there have been lots of requests. I need to make sure it is implemented in a manner that doesn't cause anyone to loose any data though. I'm sure you can appreciate that concern.
