Don't like the wheels but the tires sure hold up. My first choice would be CRC WGTR tires as the look would be more suited to VTA. Wheels would be the problem here. I don't know if there are any other wheels these tires would fit on. Anybody else thinking along these lines?

There's no secrecy. All of the information available has been made public.

ROAR has absolutely nothing to do with USVTA.

Your club can choose whatever it wishes concerning tires.

Thanks for your opinion.

When and where will the full information on the product be available? Pricing? Outlets?

Don't quote me here, but Proline/Protoform are carried by the big Distributors (Great Planes/Horizon Hobbies), so I'm gonna say, everywhere can get them....

As of ten minutes ago through searches and live chats I can tell you that neither of the companies you listed have any knowledge of the existence of the new tires or will admit to it at this time.

New rims? More inside info???

And yes Horizon and Great Planes will carry them. They probably just don't have an official ETA and/or official info they can give out over the phone yet.

Why would two major distributors that already carry all of Proline/Protoform products not carry these? Don't worry they will be there.

I think so...I think that with 10 years under its belt...VTA is looking to have one of its best years yet.

With all the new products and events coming this summer and fall....the USVTA is looking very promising imo

Didn't realize ROAR didn't write the rules for VTA.
