It's actually molded into the same piece of lexan as the body. Maybe the fact that it was a separate before is why I never noticed it.

You are correct. The only 'wing' allowed in USVTA is the scale wing that comes with the HPI Boss 302 Mustang. From what I recall all the other HPI Mustangs and Shelby GT350 (i.e. part nos. 17508, 17519 and 104926) come with a TC style wing in the bag, but those big and gaudy wings are definitely not USVTA-legal.
For the HPI and Bolink/RJ Speed Mustangs and McAllister Cougar which are not provided with a spoiler:
A lexan spoiler of 16mm total height from trunk deck, and overall chord of 20mm is allowable. All other bodies must use the spoiler included with that specific body set as intended. Built in spoilers may not be enhanced.

That's a great looking car ASM. Nice lettering you added. Chrome rims too.

We had a monster A Main last night at Indy RC. Attendance was a little light, so there was no B Main. 11 ground pounders all at once. Whew! (That hole in the driver's line up is me because I took the photo.) I was happy to go the distance, and I didn't come in last!

That lime green 66 Mustang fastback. I've beat it up pretty good on asphalt, but I cleaned it up and ran it last night. The hobby shop has a couple of those in stock. I thought about getting a new one. It's a light body. I was under weight at tech!
Here's a pic of the Mustang. I'm showing the good side.

Hi
I'm building a vta car and not sure how much torque servo I need for a 4wd on road car? What is a good speed servo for vta?

Depending on how deep you want to get , I've had really good luck w/ these inexpensive bearing servos from futaba -

I have high end stuff too, but these are my "Go To" servos for a lot of stuff.

The first servo is 60 oz and yours is over 100 oz.
Still wondering how many oz torque a 4wd on road car needs?
Thanks for the suggestions
