Yes, I only have one camera which I have to leave in the same position throughout the race. So as far as lighting and which turns are closest to the camera goes, which of the 2 videos do you think is better?

Thumbs up Driver Figure

Has anyone used the Tamiya 1/10 Touring Car Cockpit Set (Left-Hand Drive) TAM54298 driver figure successfully in an HPI Body - any fit problems?

I proved they are used by one car out of 67 or so.

I didn't prove it was a good idea.

I certainly didn't prove that people should fund the project and that robk should approve the wheels.

If anything, most of the cars, regardless of make or model, use those 8-spoke rims. That actually suprised me. I thought those were brand-specific rims.

Second one looks better. Better camera angle, you can see more and when someone slaps the wall under the camera it gives you a HOWDY!

well when you say that to me...I start looking for "Robin"...lol, but I get your point...

I was in court reading all the "name" calling and was off base with that...

I think if this guy gets these rims done by himself or gets with HPI, it would make a good addition to the several different styles already offered.

thats my mind set....BTW, who raced VTA this weekend?

The first one shows the whole track but the second one has a better angle and you can see more whats going on at the far and near ends of the track. Is this going to be for your liveRC feed?

No. The LiveRC feed comes from a permanently mounted web-cam that is positioned very close to the same spot where I filmed Video #2 from. The videos I am capturing are uploaded to YouTube for the local racers to see how their cars were handling from a different viewpoint.

Hey guys,
Andy here. I appreciate the discussion and feedback on the wheels. In order to address a couple questions I have started a specific thread here:

Default VTA

I just want to see if anyone is having the same problem as me ever since we switched to the 25.5 system it seems like there are a few racer's that are much quicker then most of the field ,I thought that going to 25.5 was going to make everything closer for all racers now maybe my motor is just bad but I have tried gearing from 4.00 down to 3.40 and still it seems I'm not even close , also we had an incident this weekend where a driver put the wrong stator in his ballistic and was running a 21.5 why would we pick a motor that can be tampered with. I'm going to try a new stator to see if thats the problem .I know I'm not the best driver but when you get lapped and your running clean laps not hitting anything it makes me wonder. so
I wasn't the only one complaining about not having enougf speed .I never
had a problem when we ran 21.5 . so I just wanted to know if anyone else is having the same problem.
