Did Tony P post his TCX setup anywhere from ROAR Nationals? or does someone have it?

I was hoping that SEVTA would become the GCS of Trans Am, but since I'm not currently able to do it myself, I am not holding out much hope.

For those of you who dont know, GCS is an offroad series in GA where one scoring system and race administration team holds a points series at different tracks around the state. I am thinking more like a 3 to 6 state series depending on who we can get in on it.

But for now SEVTA will remain one race one place.

Yes, having a few minor issues with some of the new pieces for the XX and would like to compare. Specifically the new steering knuckles that have to be dremeled to clear the rims in addition to 6mm hex's as well as a few other minor annoyances.

That's one sweet looking '70 Boss 302 Mustang! I can't wait to see it up close on Sunday. My car will have the Shelby GT-350 body in standard white with blue stripes.

i saw something like that in the TCX thread a few weeks ago.. if i recall correctly, the new longer arms don't allow full throw..

I'm using JET racing ones on mine

Plus, longer steering links with the 3 hole knuckles. I may go to 7mm hexes but will run into body clearance issues on the 68 Camaro shell.

The stock link will only let it go into the ball cup 3mm per side with 0 deg toe with .5mm sweep on the arms. The stock knuckles and links would be fine as the angle is different from the new.I can get full throw lock to lock at 32 deg with out the shocks on, put the shocks on and its down to 28 when the rim hits the lower spring bucket with the shock mounted full in at position 4.

The other thing was re-shimming the DCJ's and longer spool cups. Good thing I talked with Colin before starting the build, otherwise I would have been out of luck.

Guys im going to run VTA with a TC4 Club Racer and a 200mm body

Is the difference between these two wheels that the top one is actually 31 plus 6mm in the hex to make it wider or just because of the 31mm width over the 8 spoke 31mm

http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...k-2-6mm-Offset

http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...-Wheel-White-2

Thanks For any of the help you guys can give

Not trying to dodge the details in the measurement, but when you mock it up you will see that it all fits just fine. The tires and wheels are made to go with the HPI vintage shells that are used in VTA.
