So I am going to hit the carpet for the first time ever. Does anyone out there run a Hot Bodies TC, TCX, TCXX or an HPI Pro4 that can PM me a set up.

Thanks,

Bronson

The one I had was actually a Corvette, but it had that paint job. Just a different number. I wanted that Camaro and I was always fond of it. Even if the paint job is a bit tacky, its great for racing. great livery.

I hate that you quit racing. I have been working like crazy to try to get the lot at the office ready for some road course racing. The scoring system hasnt turned out like I want, but I am getting ready to go full bore and get the RC4. Probably a new laptop with it. just need to scrape a little more money to gether.

Yeah got tired of all the drama and nowhere to race. 2 hour drive just wasnt worth it with gas prices. So I sold everything...only have some bodies and my chargers left lol.

Default Hpi tire tips?

I need some tips on the proper way to break in a new set of tires. I tried the black paragon, soaking them several times through out the day. My old hand me downs are great but they are on the last leg.

I just started racing this class and I'm having a blast.

The best way I know is to just run a few practice laps on them.

Is there another way to sign up for this event?

I can't sign up without using a car profile and I can't add a car profile as my make is not in their list.

Yes, I've posted in their add-a-car thread in their forum but no luck so far.

Have seen on tq racings site they are listing two new sets of tires that are listed as vintage tires, one has a different tread pattern and the other is a slick. Just curious if these are legal or mostly for outlaw vta classes.
