I've had two wives - One new and one used.
Neither one of them worked right either.

DITTO on the EXCELLENT Novak CS!
I had an input signal harness and fan issue initially with my Club Combo & Chuck got right on it and send me replacements!
My ESC went toes up after only 8-1/2 x 15 minute runs.
I called Novak CS - The rep said send it all in.
I sent the combo back.
Customer Service rep Ruth has kept me in the loop through the entire process = When they received the package, what was wrong with the ESC, and what needed to be replaced, the motor checks out fine, etc.
I received a UPS notice today = My combo is on it's way back to me!
After doing the math = The turn around time to diagnose, repair the problem and get it shipped out the door is LESS than the total transit time going and coming.

that wife quote was priceless....... definitely made me laugh
I must admit, when I have dealt with customer support from Novak, it has been TOPS! Came down to a price point for me. When it cost so much in shipping and I had to pay more for another esc than for the one I got, it was hard to justify.
