Of course they should, just like you should never swim after eating for an hour, go outside in the sun without sunblock, etc...

New order was placed. 1 left with free shipping.

Glad to hear everyone is enjoying the charger. It is very nice to be able to clean up your pit area instead of having a ton of things out.

So the next batch will be $349 plus shipping?

I do see. But this isn't the only xh charger and there is plenty more to come.

I'm sorry I don't know what xh stands for?

My solution is only good for 2s car racing... Yours seems better for all the other cases...

Thanks

I plug the 3 wires connector in the 8 wire connector.
Never had problems. My elan r X2 arrived this week and i tried it. With the elan R x2 also no problems to do it like that.
On top op the 3 wires connector there are 2 pins, just take the pin off an the side of the red wire and it wil fit in the 8 wire connector.

Just wondering what the psu in the X2 is rated at (constant current and burst)? I saw an earlier post by Nolan saying it was 45amps.

The instructions state the output that is rated at 7amps (10 amp burst) on the additional port. Does the unit have a safety cutoff if this is exceeded? and what can the output go to in burst mode? I was wanting to know if a Muchmore tire sander could be powered from it along with tire warmers and pit light.

Thanks in advance...

If I try to run a tyre sander and chargers from my 18A PSU, the chargers cut out, so I don't think the PSU is man enough for them.

Tyre warmers, when all four cups are being heated take around 6A if I recall.

Yeah I was gonna say I don't think I've tested the tire sander with it. I know we have run two tire warmers and two chargers off it before and been ok. So far its done me well. I typically at my track day run the X2, Elan R charger, and my tire warmers and I have never had an issue with all 4 working at once. With how quickly the batteries start to drop below the starting amperage threshold it's never shown up much either. I refuse to charge a 1s lipo still over 10 amps. I know it can be done much higher etc and be ok but thats just me.
