Default Drift chassis Street jam ota 31r into a rally car?

I love rallying and i have a small collection of cars for the job.
Recently though, I have been looking at the Street jam ota 31r drift chassis.

To me, it looks like it could be rather easily be converted into a rally car.
What i like about this chassis is that all the heavy components are located right in the middle and with the motor in front, (together with the huge amount of steering) i would imagine it would excel on tight twisty courses.

Is the quality of this car good enough to stand up to the abuse of rallying?

Any thoughts, ideas or comments?

I think the biggest obstacle is the three belt system - you'll probably need to make a cover to keep rocks and such out. The arms have quite a bit of travel and are very smooth, so I can see this being an OK option if you take the time to set it up etc...

Why not go with a DF03RA?

I know that i'll have to make some kind of cover for the belts, but that is not that difficult.
I have done it before, when i converted my ta05.

I did have a df03r, but i didn't like it...can't really say why, just wasn't my cup of tea.
