Body size quequestion

Tried to search and didn't find anything. Was looking some tamiya bodies for usgt and some said they fit a 257mm wheelbase. I'm new to onroad so I'm not sure what a 190mm car is referring to. Will these bodies work with standard 0 offset wheewheels?

190mm refers to the body width only.
