I have been watching this thread for a minute and just sent payment to GIJOE64 for his ride. I look forward to trying this car out at my local Carpet Track. Couple questions though. I am looking to pick up some spare parts to have around. I was thinking hubs front and rear, steering blocks, belts and arms. Is there anything else I should definitely have around? Or any tuning options I should pick up right away to run on Carpet? Also, are most people replacing the arms with the softer version that VBC came out with? Max, I heard from other guys at 5280 raceway (CORCC) that you will be up testing in Denver before IIC? I will be racing in Denver and Fort Collins this winter, so I would love to get a chance to pick your brain when you make it up here in the next month.

Those are good spares to have on hand. I think about the only other thing I picked up as far as plastics go were the ball cups.

Don't forget to order rear blocks 2.5 and 2.0
This should allow for setup options.

I have to get the aluminum spool, it looks soooo nice.

I finally finished building my Wildfire, just awesome.
No sticking, no reaming, went together flawless.

Time to mount the speedo.

I'm a little jealous. Cant finish mine yet. Waiting for a few goodies from CRC and dont feel like putting it together only to tear it apart in a week. Cant wait to wire it up.

I thought I read somewhere that the rear block that comes in the car is 2.0. Is this not the case? If not, does someone have information on which blocks are which?

The kit comes with a r3.0 in the rear and a f00 for the front resulting in 3* rear toe and 0* of front arm sweep. The option blocks are r2.5 and r2.0 for the rear and f0.5 and f10 for the front.
