Motor fan question
I bought a fan from a computer store near my house. I soldered the wires to a set of GM wires w/ reciever plug. Which channel should I put the fan on? 3rd channel or battery. I'm using a JR XS3 radio.
I plugged it in, and it spun at a very low speed. I could barely feel the air blowing off the fan.
Are there any settings I should use on the radio to adjust the fans speed.

Did you buy a 12 volt fan? If it is it will run very slow due to the fact that your reciever will only put out 5-6 volts.

Yes:
12volt
0.07amp
So is this fan going to work well enough or did I waste my money?

no, you needed the 6v fan. There is a thread on here i think its called cool fan. Do a search for motor fans in the electric onroad and it should pull it up with alot of good info on cooling fans
