I love the mardave cars, specifically banger racing. I really wish there was something like that here in Australia. While we are blessed with numerous large flowing outdoor tracks to compete on, there is really nothing at all when it comes to the smaller scales and indoor.

I am seriously thinking my next holiday will be to the UK just to race bangers in a mardave.

Am I correct that mardave is one of if not the first real rc car company? I check the site from time to time and it's easy to see why they made a comeback. Cheap racing has a huge spot for those that can think for themselves. And the cars are very nice. I do like the sidecar bike.

Yeah the sidecar bike is brilliant, the amount of realistic body shells available also makes these cars that little bit more special, http://www.wycomberacing.co.uk/ is one UK club i came across that runs these cars, take a quick tour through the different classes and check out the variety of bodies being used as well as the effort gone into making them look great, certainly puts a lot of TC classes to shame with their generic everyone uses the masda6 shell mentality.

In the last picture the right side hub,are they using the Z hub spur gear holder on both sides? I have a Mardave 7 and enjoy it. Its a strong car that hasn`t give me to many problems.

Yes.
