A quick soldering question...
 

well quicker to ask than try and find it in the forums anyway lol.

I've just tinned the tabs on a pair of deans connectors (going to do the actual attachment to the esc tomorrow) and when I came in from the garage I noticed that one side of one of the tabs isn't covered.

Is it only required for the tinning to be on the side of the tab the wire is going on or should it be on both?

You only need to tin where you're going to attach the wire.

I wanted to clear that up as the tinning took like a second each time and the other three tabs (when checked in better light) had become covered both sides in the short time it took. :)
