Default T4 help with gearing

Im a electronic tech who is new to the world of RC trucks. I am building two T4's. My first T4 is one that I want to use to race and get familiar with. My second truck I wanted to have a little fun with.

For this truck I was thinking about taking a RC tank that shoots bb's and stripping it down. There seems to be enough room on top of the battey holder and top of the plastic body of the T4 to mount a tank turret, firing control circuitry, etc. I would also like to install a 800mw nanny cam on top of the turret so that I can see what I targer. This will obviously weight down my T4 significantly.

I have no idea what kind of pinion gear and spur gears that would go with certain motors. I would like to have a set up that would give me decent speed but also alot of torque to run around the neighborhood with (I live around alot of open area where the truck can pass between houses with ease... and it would have the range I want while I sat in my living room and controled it by watching my tv). I am undecided between using a 12t, 15t, or even a 19t for this project. Could someone please help me out with a suggested pinion and spur gear size for these motors??? My spare truck will be running a graphite body with a LRP Runner Plus ESC. So, this thing will weigh a ton after everything is installed (unlike my racing truck that I have dedicated very nice things towards).
