Here is my custom dm1 1/7 scale. Currently running a mamba 2200 with a custom tune. Believe it or not I run the 2 speed with mechanical brakes and this thing flies. I have topped it at 80 with gearing for about 200 ft. I am tempted to change the gearing just to wipe out the xo1 mph. This my other treasure aside of my nitro one .

I hope you can find tires that can handle that speed. Most of the guys near me keep blowing the rubber right off the rims.

Currently running the sweap belted and so far no problems I have actually ran ofna belted and work great as well but I feel sweap give e a little better traction.
