Can't see them generating grip like CRC/pits, low profile will not help the situation. Let's see but sweep has a mountain to climb. V1-v4 could never seem to do it, maybe these v5 low pros can?

dman, on the carpet or on prepped tracks, we never had an traction issue. durability and corering stability needed to be improved from the V4. which we did. let s see how the new V6 works. thanks

We done some testing done at the 180 Raceway, MD (Black CRC carpet, Med-High grip)

on a X-ray F1, our driver shimmed front axle 2mm to make it to front 188mm and Rear 190 mm to do competitive lap times without further altering the set up on the Car.
We will do some more change to pass the leading brand lap times.

the tires he ended running was Soft Carpet Rear Part#661825 paired with a Med front part#661728 glued 2mm

I received my tire today I will test tomorrow on crc high bite black carpet with my Infinity IF11

all I can say for now the contact patch is 4mm more narrow that the volante and the offset is different than result you have a wider track wide vs the Volante with narrower tire

I have a full hard set and the compound feel like 32deg touring tire compound

Do you have TCS/CRC/Pit to compare the offsets?

Yes compare offset with pits/CRC on Tamiya rims. This is standard setup and most people will benefit from this comparison.

I have a set of CRC tire on tamiya rims and the front sweep tire offset are approx 5mm wider with nearly the half of the contact patch and the tire diameter is a bit bigger than CRC...

front hard is good on high grip with a good amount of glue but the rear is a bit too loose with a spool I think med will be a better bet

I dont play with my setup at all because i dont think I will realy race It i dont like the look of the front tire and I dont feel it as fast of my CRC

is this for black Carpet Track? Our front tires width ratio vs rear width is good. you should give it a try.
