Default Technical info on gears used in RC

Hi

I wish to find some technical info on the gear sizes used in RC.

All i know is that Tamiya uses 0.6 module or something on some of their teeth.

But not the same on their racers. 416 etc.

All i got is this
http://www.tracepartsonline.net/%28S...&sk_Reference=

http://www.tracepartsonline.net/%28S...1/&language=en

Reason is that i wish for making CAD drawings of diffs and gears. And even perhaps in the
future make some of this.

Most racers use 48dp or 64dp - diametral pitch in an inch-size.

The tooth profile is standard.
